What is your returns policy?

We aim for 100% satisfaction on every order so if there is a problem, please contact us straight away.

You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it hasn’t been embroidered or printed on (just make sure your items are in the original condition and packaging).

For personalised items, we can only accept these back if they are faulty or incorrect.

All we ask is that you contact us first to get a returns number so we know what you’re returning. Please make sure the order number is confirmed on your returns note, and whether you want a refund. We can’t take care of your return without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your parcel.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If the item you received is faulty or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us with your order details and whether you require a refund or a replacement. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Have you reccieved my return?

We aim to process all returns within 3 -5 working days of receiving them at our warehouse. We will email you when your return has been completed.

If it’s been more than 7 days since you sent your return and you haven’t heard from us yet, please contact us so we can follow this up.

Can I return embroidered or printed items?

Embroidered items and printed items are all made to order and cannot be returned unless the goods or embroidery are faulty.
